Annoyed with BT!
right let me explain
i was going to have a flat exchange done last week, and it fell through, so i and the other person both phoned up BT (3rd aug) and cancelled the transfer over to each other properties. Now last mon i found out that the other persons number got transferred to my property (cant believe it didnt get cancelled! ) and my number that was at the property has gone walkies! I now have two accounts and a number that i dont want and a number that i want back (and they say i wont get it back until 18th and i am secupitical about this as before they said that i would have had orignal number connected last weds!) and i am annoyed as it taking ages to reconnect on my orignal number as i have to wait for that to get my broadband reconnected and that would be an extra week or so more to be reactived! ![]() Hope it makes sense! well at the moment its sort of both as it seems they are taking ages to sort out transferring numbers back and that i have 2 accounts and 2 numbers
