My breakfast used to be really bad, it consisted on a can of Red Bull, Mars Milk, a bottle of Lucozade and a Nutrigrain bar. This was my daily breakfast for like 2-3 years, really unhealthy.

Now my breakie consists of a cereal bar and fruit juice.

Did anyone else have crazzy things for breakfast?

I'm reading Marco Pierre White's autobiography at the moment and he says his breakfast has always consisted of the same three courses.

"A cough, a coffee and a cigarette"!

This is one of my favourite photographs. Cool dude.

In summer, glass of water, strong mug of coffee.
In winter the same plus sometimes half a homemade oat and blueberry muffin or a small bowl of porridge with honey and cinnamon.

At the weekends I have brunch - usually mid afternoon and often involving eggs!

Bowl of Bran flakes or Special K with a chopped banana & a nice cup of tea.
On the odd occasion I will have a couple of poached eggs on toast.

I always try and avoid skimmed milk, it just tastes like water to me.

A bowl of Curiously Cinnamon with Asda 55% fruit muesli on top, covered with yoghurt. Plus a glass of fruit juice.

In the winter, I'll often have soup w/ bread.

After a while semi-skimmed milk tastes really creamy if you drink skimmed. Lovely for a treat

I find the same when I drink whole milk, because semi-skimmed is my usual choice.

Every so often I have a nice big creamy glass of whole milk.

I wonder what half and half is like, you know, that American milk that is half cream, half milk?

I don't eat breakfast. I feel sick if I eat/drink too early.
