Most of the time it's 2 bananas, an apple, some cherry tomatoes and a orange juice during the week days as I can eat/drink those easy whilst driving to work and like to get some of my 5 a day out the way.

I normally eat not so got through the rest of the day though and am worse at weekends.

Breakfast at weekends we usually have something like beans on toast one day and then maybe a bacon butty the other (only have a full fry up once every 2 months on average).

I should get more fibre with cereal (not that I have any problems on that side).

Two bananas are just as fibrous as any cereal.

Either wheat free toast with butter and a piece of fruit, a bowl of cereal with a piece of fruit, or just fruit. I always have fruit juice with breakfast as well. About once a month I'll have a fry up on a weekend.

seems like most of you have a pretty healthy breakfast, which is really encouraging, with the odd fry up on the weekend to satisy those cravings.

chopped fruit with yogurt and granola. I made my own granola a few weeks ago - just the way I like it no fruit lots of nuts and seeds it was amazing!
I ran out of granola the other week and couldn't be bothered to go to the shop and buy all the bits so I just bought some crunchy clusters (or summat like that) I don't like it - I want my own granola back. Off to the shops this weekend!!

Yep, I was on a no-fibre diet last year for a while because of a health problem, and banana was one of the things I was most strongly sworn off by the experts, even moreso than wholegrain products.

And the other fruit you eat for breakfast, will also up the fibre content though not as much as bananas. Plants are full of the stuff.

Different strokes, I don't know if I buy this whole "you must eat breakfast" thing.

Daily - glass of apple juice with 10g of spirulina, 5g of chlorella and 4g of wheatgrass powder.

Saturdays - poached eggs on marmite toast

Sundays - Actifry corned beef hash!

Well actually Saturdays and Sundays do vary hugely and it's always for brunch because I'm stuffed from my drink

I would have a glass of Orange juice in the morning but I seem to get migranes when I have juice early in the morning, so I don't bother until later on in the day.

I usually have slices of baguette with strawberry jam and a mug of hot chocolate. Sometimes

Workdays: Oatso Simple original followed by a bacon sandwich or Jordans cereal followed by toast and marmite. All washed down with a large cup of tea.

Weekends varies: either a grill-up, a couple of boiled eggs and toast or if get my bike out, an egg McMuffin meal

I never have time to eat breakfast before work (I get up too late) but the second I'm in the office I'm starving, usually have some vegetable broth with extra black pepper in. Curbs the hunger until lunch when I have a massive baked potato and salad.

Am going through one of those 'I'm being good phases' so Special K with milk and honey, orange juice, apple, banana

on the weekend it's my naughty days so scrambled egg on toast with paramsean and whole grain mustard or now and then I'll have the full works (although everything is grilled), the mushrooms however must be fried in butter with loads of black pepper - the only way!!!

During the week I have fruit for breakfast - maybe a yoghurt too.
