BT website cocked up payment and it ended up taking 2 payments on aug 5th.

Despite ringing BT and asking for a refund to my card they sent me a cheque....which has now been returned to them.

As of todays date I am still waiting for the refund / or a bit of customer respect and someone to return my phone calls.

I am definitely not renewing my contract with them. They are absolutely rubbish....total rubbish.

Its being handled by Chairmans Office as I speak...thanks for the response though.

On a seperate matter perhaps you can explain why someone who has paid for BT broadband and the line rental of a geographic voip number [for almost 18 months] with BT is unable to port it out.

No other VOIP provider I use acts this way.

I see BT dont actually want to answer questions on "difficult topics"
