I've had the Foxsat since January and have no problems at all........... until this week!
I had to clear the lounge for the carpet fitter, which meant disconnecting the equipment, and now it's reconnected it acts as though it's only got one tuner.

I've checked the cables are secured at the back, I've done 2 Factory reset's which recognised twin cable connection, Diagnostics show 90% signal strength on both tuners.

But when I'm recording on one channel the majority of the other channels come up as "No or Bad Signal" Also the TV Guide doesn't update whilst recording which leads me to believe that only one tuner is functioning.

Has anyone any ideas please?

remove the coax cables and try them individually into each lnb port to determine whether the fault is tuner related or feed related. Remember to always switch off the box when connecting and disconnecting the coax.

Note the tuner diagnostics is not a true representation of operation as the tuner 2 results are a duplicate of tuner 1

Thanks, I'll try that tonight.
It's possible that the box wasn't powered off when I reconnected the cables the first time, how much damage could I have possibly done?

Also doublecheck the dish cables are on the two outer 'f' connections on the box back and the middle one is not used.

Sorted it!
After much removing and replacing of Coax with no success I decided to just tighten the nuts really tight, and hey presto! 2 tuners again.

Thanks for your advice

Chris
