Re: Midweeks
Could people suffix their thread title with a w/e date?
How many "Midweeks" threads are there now? G |

I'm surprised sam and mark are number one - I thought nobody was interested in them.

Underperforming or not?...hard to tell, Michelle sold 120,000 first week. (Will sold 1.1 million, Gareth 800,000 first week.) |

Bro, Emmas is currently at 7 (7200 copies sold)
She should finish inside the Top 10. |

It doesn't look like Sam & Mark will garner enough sales this week to make it a "big" Number One. I'm sure there will be at least ten singles this year which outsell it in their first weeks. Because Record of The Year is mostly made up of the year's best sellers, Sam & Mark won't probably make it into the nominations. But Leave Right Now by Will Young certainly will!!

And hopefully "Your Game" will do well when it's released on 15 March.

Love the Ferry Corsten one, shame it's only 10.
Thankfully I haven't heard much of the Sam and Mark one. |

Where are you getting the information gazdolphin? Your figures are incorrect as of close of play on Wednesday...
1 - LMC (40275) 2 - Kelis (28695) 3 - Sam and Mark (24063) Source The Official Charts Company 2004. |

Its quite concerning how low these sale figures are, not even needing 3000 to make the Top 10.
