When do you use your phone?
Do you text a lot?
How much do want to pay?

We need a few more details!

It is, until you say the word 'o2' or start to think about using GPRS

02 and GPRS I have never had a problem.

Anyway Orange with new phone have 400 mins a month plus 500 texts for £50. Or 200 mins plus 500 texts for £30.

O2 keep your current mobile 100 mins plus 500 texts £20. Or 200 mins plkus 500 texts £25 a month probably the best deal in the UK.

O2 new phone add £5 to these prices plus cost of the handset.

I finished my nightmare contract with o2 in November 2003, and hardly anything went right with it. The GPRS/Mobile Web is a complete rip off, and they deactived the service on my account twice for no reason, and they also barred my phone in July with no warning which took a week to back on the network. Never again.

I'm on Vodafone Anytime 100 for £22 a month

100 minutes to any network, anytime
150 free texts a month (for 6 months)
Got my Sony Ericsson Z600 for free

If I went for the Sharp GX10i instead, I would have only needed to pay £15 a month since it's an online deal.
