Just wondering if some of you ladies out there could recommend a good strapless bra. I'm a 36D and it's to wear under my wedding dress so I'd really like to find something supportive, but comfortable!

I bought one of the new wonderbras at the weekend, it's fantastic. Best strapless bra i've ever bought!!

OP - I'm a 36DD so can vouch for it being supportive too

It's the one that aims to look like you're holding your boobs with your hands

I'm interested in this too. I liked the idea of the 100 way wonderbra, but it doesn't come in my size (30D). Has anyone tried the wonderbra 'everyday strapless' or 'ultimate strapless'?

Which is the new wonderbra you are talking about?

I got the ultimate strapless bra...

Here's wonderbras website for it, http://www.ultimatestrapless.co.uk/.

It's fantastic. I normally hate strapless bras cause they always make your boobs look awful (or atleast all the ones i've tried have!) but this one is fab. I can't rate it highly enough!

I was amazed when I put it on! It gave me better cleavage than my regular bra! Ha Ha

How is the sizing on the ultimate strapless? I want to buy it but not sure of the sizing. ?The last time i bought a wonderbra, it was too small even though i'd bought my usual size.

I would highly recommend the new Ultrabra Strapless 'looks like hands are holding your boobs' bra!

I'm a 34E and can wear this and jump and dance about and it does not move!! Takes a wee bit of getting used to at first (feels slightly strange ) but absolutely great!

I'm wondering the same... I'm a D, and have previously had to buy DD's... £32 is a lot of money to spend on a bra to have it be the wrong size though!

It looks good, I need a decent strapless bra... The only ones I've ever had that were good were a gossard one (Which they dont make anymore), and an ultimo one, which didnt slip down, but was quite uncomfortable, and the padding went all lumpy after a while...

The sizing is pretty good, I got my regular size and it fits perfectly

I was surprised though, as I have tried on other Wonderbra styles in my regular size before and they were way too small!!!

I need a new decent strapless bra.

The one I currently have the "Atlantis Strapless Gel Bra" is starting to look out of shape wen it on and it's starting to feel uncomfortable. But my non-strapless bras "Atlantis Gel Bras" are fine, and make me look bigger than I actually am.

I'm a 32A, would a wonderbra do anything for me? Would it look odd cos I'm flat-chested. I want to get one, but don't want to spend money on one if it won't do anything.

Thanks.

Yeah that's why i'm worried about the sizing. £32 is a lot but looks like it will be money well spent.

Are you allowed to return or exchange at John Lewis?

I got so excited when I read this thread and saw all the larger boobed women raving! Then I checked the site, and they only go up to F! I am a FF, gutted!

This always happens, all the best bra's seem to stop at F! Booo.

I haven't, thanks! There is loads more selection for bigger sizes, and a lot cheaper than they used to be too, I was just being a whinger yesterday I'm just always on the hunt for a decent strapless bra! I have ones that hold me up ok, but they make your boobs look ridiculous!! This wonderbra one looks fab.

No worries. I found this site when they sent me a flyer in an Amazon order, fronted by a lady in a beautiful bra/knicker set.
I was so taken with it, I ordered it for my girlfriend. She loved it and since then, I've got her a few more bras from here. She says they are great and there's more good stuff in the catalogue.

I'd loved to know what the others in the communal area of our flats thought when these underwear catalogues, in a see through wrapping, came through the post addressed to me, Mr!

I'm currently a 36F and I really can't rate The Wonderbra Ultimate Strapless Bra.

It's absolutely awesome, keeps my boobs up perky, I never have to pull it up when dancing and it creates a nice smooth line.
It is the best £32 I've ever spent. Love it so much I'm going to get it in another colour too.

It's definately worth it- 5*****
