I hated them Don't know why, not only were they dreadful singers/rappers, but the twisted irony of the group being rude little sh*ts when they were rejected wasnt lost on me

"Not all teens are the same, they get a bad press" and then they do that.

Just really annoyed me.

i saw their audition and they were far worse in attitude than was shown - they got booed heavily and were the first to recieve the BGT treatment. Even the warm up guy said they should reform as ASBOs

I'm with you OP - teens get such a bad press anyway, and then as soon as it came out that they were less talented than a used tea-bag they behaved just like the stereotypical teens they were supposed to be defending!

Very, very sad.

The thing that got me with these is the preface they were going on about stopping gun crime, knife crime and violence etc. But when leaving the stage the guy was giving evils and telling SC sleep with one eye open, watch out when out and about.

It's the way of soudning cool these days. I lvie in London and all the teenage kids now speak like this. It drives me nuts because it sounds so fake.

As mentioned, what was ironic is that they said before their audition that they wanted to change the negative perception of teenagers and yet behaved like the worst type of stereotypical teenager especailly when he the guy threw the microphone on the floor.

They were bad, but, they weren't as bad as them two models were. Hell, they were atrocious. I don't know who told them two they could sing, but the one who told them this should keep their mouth shut in future.

They were a bunch of hypocrites who were sending a message that not all teens are the same, then they go and make threats to Simon.

Just to echo what's been said.
I had to laugh when they said not all teenagers are the same and the guy throws his mike and then threatens Simon. Way to prove your point.

They reminded me of the Catherine Tate sketch when Lauren and her friends audition in front of Richard Park.

The whole thing was obviously staged by the production team. Well, as far as them telling them that they had a chance of getting through AND telling them to talk about teens getting a bad rap and all that. The producers just sit back and laugh as the 'script' unfolds so predictably (and if it doesn't they can always save it in the edit!).

I live in London and I have 2 teenagers, they don't talk like that thankfully, in fact they dislike that way of speaking as much as we do

I actually found the implied "everyone's out to get us" persecution complex about not all teenagers being the same pretty irritating.

Like I'm sure all teenagers are perceived as a menace to society, no matter how intelligent, well-educated and well-brought-up they happen to be (and how ironic as has already been pointed out that these lot turn out to be almost the polar opposite)...

I'm surprised that the kid wasn't arrested. That sounded like a criminal threat when he told Simon to sleep with his eyes open or sommat like that.
