Hi i got an n gage and i am having problems in getting the pc suite that came with it to even load, its installed and whenever i try to open it it says connect to the n gage since its your first time, i try for ages and nothing happens

i can download stuff onto the memory card as my pc recognises the usb mass data drive so i have no problems there just i need the nokia software to convert the music and videoa films so i can use it on the n gage, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, For some strange reason you can only connect to PC suite via bluetooth... and the error message is not to helpful in this..

You will need to instal the music manager software that is slightly hidden on the CD to use the MP3 bits properly.

hey quinn thanks for that, for a while i thought maybe there was something wrong with my n gage. i found the media manager,

just another question do you know what formats of video the n gage supports and how to convert it into that format, thanks

It's 3GPP (.3gp file extension) ... there are some programmes out there to convert but not sure where, Google should help though.

they also play .rm files (real media files). you can convert them to this using helix producer 9 (or something ike that), but that costs around £150 . i think there are other programs but i cant remember...
