After about 4-5 hours in the fridge, it's still a bit runny in the centre....any ideas how i can fix this is or is it beond help ?!

Hi. Either you did no heat it for long enough, or you have not left it to set long enough, but after 5 hours, I'm pretty sure your problem was in the heating
