Hi all,

I've decided to sell my original XBOX as I don't use it much and I need the space and money.

It's a fairly late model, purchased after the 360 was released and is in excellent as-new condition - it's hardly been used.

It includes all the accessories including 2 controllers and I think there are 3 different TV connection cables.

There are also 32 games and some strategy guides.

Just wondering how much it is worth and where best to sell it. Ideally I would like to sell it as quickly as possible, that is, in the next two or three days.

Many thanks,

I think you would be lucky to get 10 to 15 for it.
Game and Station don't buy these any more or the games.

Might be best to try ebay.

yeah it isn't worth much. you could turn it in to a media centre and the car boot night go as far a 25.

IMHO ... since the resale value would be very low, you should get it modded, add a larger hard drive,
install XBMC alongside the standard Dashboard, and install all your games on the new hard drive.

I am actually considering getting it out again & under my tv. Have a modded one (don't judge me, I had 2 of these machines, 1 pure as the driven snow, the other for the media capabilities) & I have games I want to finish. I bought the original of Strangers Wrath & Freedom Fighters expecting them to be backwards compatible with my 360 1 day (NTSC freedom is) & it was never going to happen.

Might even set my N64 up too.

I set mine up a couple of years back (before I bought an HDTV) to have a bash of Goldeneye, not aged well
