I have not been able to receive ITV HD for a few weeks now. When I press the red button it says that it's loading, but it never does - just a black screen. Does anyone have any idea what has gone wrong? Have I got a faulty box or is there some other reason?

Which make and model box do you have?

Have you tried a mains power cycle?

I've got a Humax Foxsat HDR & if you mean have I turned it off at the mains then yes I have

Is it okay with BBC HD?

If yes it would seem to point to a problem with your box or I suppose maybe dish alaignment?

Yes its fine with BBC HD & the signal quality is high, so I don't think its the dish.

Try a factory reset

It will almost certainly appear on VM (as on Sky) when they eventually launch a proper HD channel - and possibly on VM first?.

Er... Someone was complaining they couldn't receive ITV HD on Freesat

How do I do a factory reset ?

Make a note of your recording reservation list you will need to put them back

MENU/SETUP/FACTORY RESET
