Blackberry 8520 - a good phone?
I am thinking of the Blackberry 8520 as my next upgrade and i want to stay with vodafone. Firstly what do you think of the phone and secondly the contract is just over £24.00 but minimum 24 months. 300 minutes of talk and unlimited text plus email. But i don't want to sign for 24 months as two years is a long time in a recession. Any ideas?

My girlfriend just bought this after selling her unreliable Nokia 5800, and says she loves it!
Only downside is lack of 3G, but she only uses it for internet in the house (check facebook etc - which is great on it, much better than the buggy Symbian version) which she connects to via Wi-Fi. The track pad is being praised on it and some Blackberry fans prefer it to the track ball, and I myself find it good, although I always go to tap on the screen being used to touchscreen Not sure what else to write... but I'll try and answer any questions for you. Best deal I found for the phone was from mobiles.co.uk which will send you a £170 cheque after 14 days of receiving the phone, and the contract is £35 a month on 02 - 18 months with 600 mins, 500 texts and unlimited data. |
