Efficient teapots
Hi all,
Long time lurker first time poster. I have struggled for a long time to find a teapot that pours well, without spilling half its contents all over the kitchen work surface!!!!!!! ![]() I don't like making tea in cups because it stains my beautiful new china cups . I hope I'm not being fastidious - it just really drives me insane!I was wondering if any of you nice people knew where I would be able to find a teapot that performs as it should? Any replies would be most welcome. Also, does this annoy anyone else? Or is it just me???? |

I bought an excellent teapot in Wilkinsons (I think). It has a mesh strainer in it so you don't need a strainer. It pours without dripping and keeps the tea hot too.

Oh excellent! Thanks very much Burton. I don't know why I didn't think of Wilkinson's - they're like an Aladdin's cave. That's a bonus about the strainer too.

Wow, that's very resourceful - it's true that coffee makers never seem to spill in the same way as leaky teapots. Thanks!
