Of the four on offer, it would be the biscuits and tuna she ate the most.

Oh and if you brought a fish home from the chippie she would jump on the arm of the chair and just stare at you untill you gave her some or start stroking your leg.

Maltersers was a big favorite too, used to eat half and give the other half to her, oh and cheese and onion crisps lol”

scooby was eating a toast crust today! i sometimes give them a time bit of grated cheese, just a couple of strands thoug. think that as cheese made from cows milk has lactose in it, it could possibly be bad for them - should maybe start buying lactose free cheese lol

My bunny gets a piece or two from my Fruit and Fibre when I'm having it in the mornings. He loves the raisins but I gave him a dried banana slice for the first time today and he loved it.

Interesting thread. Some of your pets like some mad things.

My cat adores tuna. She also enjoys a very occassional tiny blob of mayonnaise.

But I usually keep her supplied with things like Dreamies and Temptations.

This page made for surprising reading. I had no idea things like onions were harmful to cats.

Goodness. I wonder how much it takes? One tablet, or maybe less?

i think the cat on the tv had noshed 1 or 2 tabs - i keep my paracetamol well out of reach from my kids, but if i have cold, say, i leave it at the back of the bunker where the kids cant reach it, but i dont have to dig in the cupboard for it luckily my cats are too small to jump up, so have never been able to get on bunkers, but i now put it back in the cupboard!

...what's a bunker? (Please forgive my ignorance )

I've always kept tablets out of my cat's way, but now I know this, I'm going to be even more vigilant. I take paracetamol a lot, and would hate for my cat to get hold of any if all it takes is 1 or 2 tablets. I always have them in blister packs, which I suppose means a little more security.

lol, bunker means worktop. with the claws and teeth, i thought cats would find it easier to get into a blister pack than a bottle

I bought some prawns today to treate the cats after reading everyone on here.
They both turned their noses up at them, the madams!

Maybe they knew I'd gotten Sainsburys Basics ones

I give Jack (Guinea Pig) carrots and a half corn on the cob. He likes to eat the sweetcorn and drag the remains around his hut

Thanks for explaining - I had no idea bunker had that meaning too.
Oh...I guess I was assuming that the foil on blister packs would deter cat teeth. I'm presuming that - like humans - cats would find foil on teeth intolerable. I might be wrong though.

Very particular with giving my dogs human food as treats. They love raw carrots, so I always have them chopped up for them as well as boiled chicken. Burns dog nutrition do a nice healthy treat, called Keltie.
