Nokia N97: General: System Error?

I am trying to delete around a mix of 300 photos and videos, it deleted 20 then i cancelled because i had a text and now when i mark all and delete them i get an error "General: System Error", what shall i doo

I'm running the latest firmware/software

By the way i manage to delete the videos the normal method mark all and delete, with no problems at all, just the photos that seem to be causing an issue

Make sure you've not put it on the C drive.
