I reckon it was probably Ross. After Charlie had a go at him for not doing anything about Grant back then, he probably feels obliged to do something now, especially after the way Grant came into town.

Yes, but being Home and Away, it would suprise me if they found a way around it. I just don't see who else it could be - nobody would expect it off Ross with his Alzheimers, and Charlie and Ruby are too obvious.

Ruby has really annoyed me within this storyline but I understand here reasons behind it all.

I think they're ruining Nicole too. When she first came into it she was a bit of a bi*** then she calmed down and became likeable but now????? Hope them bringing in Liam to partner her up with sorts her out.

As someone else said Ruby is annoying me with this storyline but can see why she would want to meet her dad and why she might be inclined to believe him over someone who has lied to her all her life. Yes she needs to make her own mistakes but as a parent Charlie naturally wants to protect her and wants to prevent mistakes happening. all natural and think they are tackling it well.

And does Nicole admit to Indie and Dexter what she has done or do they not come back? I can't remember. Disgusting of her to leave it that way and I can't even see it from her point of view. And what sort of a mother decides to leave her children with the father out of choice surely if she loved them that much she would of kept hold of them and let dr whats his face having visits and tahts all. I like him too, he's tried and tried to somehow make up for killing Jack (even though I am one of few who thinks he didn't actually do it). He worked his butt off to help Irene, and although some dislike him for putting so much pressure on Hugo (as much as I like Hugo), he is definitely shady. Everything that happens to him seems to be highly convinient - like him getting involved with Gibbsy and then claiming it as a set up to help Angelo....?!

I don't even care if Wart killed Jack or not, his vile personality and smug manner towards Hugo is annoying enough. He's just such a dull and pointless sterotype and the actor is utterly awful. He is as bad as the "actors" who play Jai and David. He's only been brought in because he attracts the women of a certain age vote after being on that lame dancing show.

I agree. He's not my favourite character or anything, and he's certainly not faultless. But I don't really get the intense hatred for it. Yeah, he's suspicious of Hugo. But to be fair, not completely unfounded. As for the actor who plays Angelo: he's may not be about to win an Oscar any time soon, but I think he plays the part well. I certainly wouldn't name him as one of the weakest actors in the show. But then everyone has their own opinions of these things.

It would be nice if some of these characters showed a bit of progression. For instance, Nicole seems to have lost any maturity she had gained, and Kirsty is more immature than she was when she ran off with Kane.

It would be nice if Leah got given more to do.
