I looked at the omnibus to check out John Adam again after seeing it talked about on here. I could see it when I looked at his face closely. He's not that different.

I think it was a very bizarre idea to show the old Duncan in a photo recently. It just shows how different the new one looks.

Home and away has a history of thatthough. I remember don had a photo of the first Rebecca (Jane Hall) up for years at his house, even when they recast her with Danielle Carter. It was gone by Belinda Emmett's time, due to his house having caught fire.

I've not watched for a while but have just seen the Morgans in peril bit with Luke Cunningham as the policeman. Apart from the hair there's no mistaking him. I really don't think I've missed much and this may be the last time I bother. The Morgans are dreadful especially Mason - his running away scene was laughable and he just looked gormless most of the time. It's nice to see Alf up and about but otherwise there's nothing worth caring about.

Kat infuriates me, all she does is pester Ash until he says the truth about the money but doesn't like it when she hears the answer. Why pester him if you don't want to know the truth!

I'm liking the new foster boy Jordan and glad he stayed with John and Marilyn, they make a nice little set up.

I wonder why Nate moved back into Irene's unless I missed that bit. Maybe he didn't want to be reminded of Ricky. It makes you wonder if the Braxton house will be used again, as I don't think anyone is living there now.

I think Ash said something about the two of them not being able to afford the rent.

It's a shame we're losing houses like that one and Leah's to be replaced with ones like the Morgans' which have no history on the show.

Nate was going to buy a house with Ricky and it wasn't cheap so it's either that Ash couldn't pay his half or they are dumping another set.

I'm in the minority, but I like The Morgans. Tori is the best one though.

Thought I would bump this thread up. Doesn't seem to be very popular which is a shame as it's my favourite soap.

Looking forward to seeing the plane crash today although I did find it laugable that none of the Morgans answered their phones on Friday. Even if they don't like Justin at the moment, wouldn't alarm bells be ringing if he is calling all 3 of them!

I did hear that a certain someone dies, but not sure if it is definite. Has anyone else heard who dies?

I have a few weeks to catch up on but I'm honestly past caring. It's disaster after disaster and the Morgans are awful. Also the writing seems like it's done by school kids with a load of cop outs when they run out of ideas. What was the point of Hannah having her breasts removed when mid struggle she was killed off? Or baby Rocco fighting to survive and Bianca having mental health issues only for Rocco to die? Skye's exit was another weird one. I still like to see how Irene, Leah and Alf are doing but the rest aren't of any interest anymore. VJs recast was ridiculous, Evie is someone you'd never want to be around as disaster/death/injury follows, Mason Morgan (really?) in particular is dreadful, no relationship lasts and half the cast have been culled. It just doesn't appeal anymore and the recorded episodes seem like they'd be a chore to get through.

You have summed up my feelings exactly! I am still struggling to understand why Billie did not report the attack and is happy to go along with letting V J and his family think the baby is his. I also cannot understand how Phoebe, who is not known for her reticence, is also allowing this. It is just wrong and she knew she had been attacked before it was revealed that it was Irene's son so it is one of the many things that do not make sense.

I don't give a hoot about the Morgans either.

Contrary to what others think, I'm liking the plane crash so far. I like Justin and think he is a good addition to the show.

I'm quite liking Nate being taken down a peg or two, always thought he was pretty awful towards every woman he's dated. Sophie - well, she was ill in the head, but obviously had reason to be paranoid. Kat was treated dreadfully with his whole Ricky thing. And he was always so rude to Ricky.

I didn't like that Ricky left with Brax, although I guess that was just fan-service as they were meant to be well liked together, I would have preferred her just to get fed up of Nate and start a life of her own.

But his...entitlement? Over Tori. It's just...ugh. Never really took to him.

One I thing that annoys me on Home and Away and all TV shows is like in today's episode when VJ texted Billie, the screen made it look like they'd never texted each other before. How difficult would it be to send.a few previous texts to make it look like they actually liked each other and communicated that way occasionally. I mean I know they spend a lot of time together but there must have been some opportunity up until this point where they could've texted each other.

What does this even mean? Phoebe is a character so why would she be trying to get storylines? Unless you mean the actress, in which case the writers are putting her with the Morgans.

I'm not liking that new girl Tabitha. Why does she talk through her teeth and not move her mouth! She would make a good ventriloquist! Hope Olivia cottons on soon and ditches her.
