Worked perfectly for me. Some menu names very slightly different from that stated but nothing to concern you. Picture messaging 25p per picture. Internet great fun and very economical if you stick to pages designed for wap (20p per Mb in steps of 1p).

5220 XPRESSMUSIC

GPRS

1. From the main screen press the select key under Menu.
2. Scroll to Settings and press the select key under Select.
3. Scroll to Configuration and press the select key under Select.
4. Scroll to Personal configuration settings and press the select key under
Select.
5. A list of personal accounts are displayed, Press the left select key
under Options.
6. Scroll to Add New and press the select key under Select.
7. Scroll to web. and press the select key under Select.
8. Account name will be highlighted, press the select key under Select.
9. Enter Asda Gprs and press the select key under OK.
10. Scroll to Server address and press the select key under Select.
11. Enter http://www.asda-mobile.com/wap and press the select key under
OK.
12. Scroll to Use preferred access point and press the select key under
Select.
13. Scroll to No and press the select key under OK.
14. Define access point settings is displayed, press the select key under
OK.
15. Scroll to Access point settings and press the select key under Select.
16. Proxy will be highlighted, press the select key under Select.
17. Scroll to Enable and press the select key under OK.
18. Scroll to Proxy address and press the select key under Select.
19. Enter 212.183.137.012and press the select key under OK.
20. Scroll to Proxy port and press the select key under Select.
21. Enter 8799 and press the select key under OK.
22. Scroll to Data Bearer and press the select key under Select.
23. Scroll to Packet data and press the select key under Select.
24. Scroll to Bearer settings and press the select key under Select.
25. Packet data access point will be highlighted, press the select key under
Select. enter: asdamobiles.co.uk
26. Press the select key under OK.
27. Scroll to Network type and press the select key under Select.
28. Select Ipv4 and press the select key under Select.
29. Scroll to Authentication type and press the select key under Select.
30. Select Normal and press the select key under OK.
31. Scroll to Username and press the select key under Select.
32. Enter wap and press the select key under OK.
33. Scroll to Password and press the select key under Select.
34. Enter wap and press OK, The phone will ask to verify the Password enter
wap again and press the Select key under OK.
35. Press the Right select key under Back 3 times.
36. The personal accounts will be displayed, scroll to and highlight the new
Asda Gprs profile and press the left select key under Options.
37. Scroll to Activate and press the select key under Select.




MMS

1. From the main screen press the select key under Menu.
2. Scroll to Settings and press the select key under Select.
3. Scroll to Configuration and press the select key under Select.
4. Scroll to Personal configuration settings and press the select key under
Select.
5. A list of personal accounts are displayed, Press the left select key
under Options.
6. Scroll to Add New and press the select key under Select.
7. Scroll to Multimedia Msg. and press the select key under Select.
8. Account name will be highlighted, press the select key under Select.
9. Enter Asda MMS and press the select key under OK.
10. Scroll to Server address and press the select key under Select.
11. Enter http://mms.asdamobiles.co.uk/servlets/mms and press the select key
under OK.
12. Scroll to Use preferred access point and press the select key under
Select.
13. Scroll to No and press the select key under OK.
