Yep, well done. I tried to edit it to make it harder (changed "about a runner" to "retold") but you had obviously seen it already! Edited it back now.

TV: Can only think the first word is Hang for what a bat does but can't think of/google any shows that fit

Movies: Spoon - I think we may need a hint for your 007 clue..
