I can make Rush and Muse out from the list, but in each case it involves scrambling the letters slightly, so I doubt either are correct.....

I thought about post numbers, but it did not get me anywhere
T is 1 and C is 3 at scrabble 1 3 is supposed to be unlucky 13th Floor Elevators? (better view from above?) |

Well, this is an intriguing one!
Thought it might be to do with post number 13, as 13 is an unlucky number.....I did do post #13, but it turned out to be the right answer in Carter USM... So maybe H is saying I was unlucky with a wrong answer somewhere, eg: 107?? Hmm, can't see a breakthrough just yet... |
