Pins = Spin, Doctors (with doctors as the anagram indicator)

alternatively

To cords = Spin Doctors (with spin as the AI)

...... who don't seem to have had any hit records.
I've gone through 'everyhit' from 2007 to December 2009 and have only found the Scissor Sisters, Vampire Weekend and Michael Jackson with 7, 7.

OK, I'm gonna go for something a bit off beam here, incase it's a bit of trickery and not technically a "band" but a duo. So those Beautiful Liars Beyonce / Shakira

Both would certainly look cool in any underwear.

Look = Image

Cool = in

In goes 'in' image = imag-in-e

Top shop = s

Wear = drag on

Under is an instruction that the S goes under (ie after) drag-on
