In case it affects other people, I was checking reservations today and noticed that Coast was still in the schedule as last weeks episode.
I then found that there was no reservation for Tuesday's HD version, which should have been series linked. Not a disaster, as it's the last in the series and there are repeats, but slightly disturbing.
