Has anyone used these and can give me some feedback? Doing a search this morning and they are the cheapest by quite a distance, but can't say I've ever heard of them.

DONT use them.
We did, they didn't pay out for something. We didn't bother argueing after more feedback we found.

Cancel them and stay away.
We are with direct line, so much better. No nonense.

We found them utterly incompetent, and their call centre ops were rude when we refused to renew the policy.

Thanks, didn't take the policy out after a quick search revealed nothing but bad reviews.

I hated them. I had my dog insured with them for one year. I used them once. I had to claim the pricely sum of £18.90 (i paid the £50 excess).

After 6 weeks of hearing nothing, i chased them. It took them 14 weeks to finally pay up. It drove me mad. If it had been for a lot of money, and if i had to pay it upfront and then claim .... i would of been in trouble.

As soon as my year was up, I moved to Halifax pet insurance, and they have been wonderful.

ooh dear ihave just insured my dog and cat with them. i am still within my cancellation period.. i thought they would be good as they offer lifetime cover of an illness. i uused to be with tescos but as my dog has a lot of ear infections they wouldnt pay out for them anymore.

can anyone recommend a good insurer who offers lifetime cover

M&S, Pet Plan, I have heard good reports from Sainsbury's.

Our cats are with Pet Protect and they offer lifetime cover as far as I know - they certainly paid out repeatedly for the same illness for one of my cats. However, once the cat gets to 10 years of age the premiums soar to such an extent to make it untenable to continue, and I cancelled the policies for my two older cats. So even if lifetime cover is offered, you may not want to pay the premiums in the long term.
