I was on Row D seats 11 & 12, They were the dearest seats I think, I should have checked the seating arrangement on the web first, but never thought.

oh! i was one row closer- i was in C i think!! brilliant seats although couldnt always see diana when she was in her 'bedroom'

Hi cryingshame.
I was a bit worried about Diana tripping when she was in the bedroom with the split set being cut off part way through her bedroom and with having no sidewall to the bedroom, it looked like that if she tripped she would fall to the stage.

It was a very clever revolving split house set and she must have been worn out going up and down stairs for a couple of hours.
She was mainly in her Pyjams in the house.

I wonder if there are any Awards she could be put forward for, as a newcomer to acting she was just so good, and as playing the part of LV, well that deserves a medal alone.

I couldn't believe my ears when she was imitating the other singers she did, I could have listened to her all day.

I think she did Shirley Bassey better that Shirley Bassey does.

If she had have sung that on X-F she would have won I think, it would have brought the roof down, that's how good it was.

But unlike a recording on my Sky box, I can't watch it again unless I go again.
I have to see her again somehow before the show finishes.


I could see fine, it would also depend how tall you are when sitting as well.
Considering she didn't really do anything in her bedroom except lay on her bed or sit by the record player, don't think it would have effected the performance.

The best seats seem to be Rows D,E,F,G,H 6-12, but will probably be the dearest and may go first.

But when Diana sings, it doesn't matter what seat you are in, you can sure hear her.
You would probably hear her outside as well.

There are quite a few official youtubes with bits of songs on them. The hope is someone from the show ideally will put the singing up on youtube near the end of the run.

The Melanie C fans had all her first night songs from Blood Brothers up on youtube in hours and then put up the performances from the next 3 days too. Les Mis has a complete set of songs up with some songs from 3 days from November alone and there's a complete set of the cast through the last couple of years of cast changes. It would be sad if someone doesn't record Diana.

I think I was offered a seat in row B for the top price but got one back a few rows last time I booked. You are also in danger of being rather too warm too far forward when the flames arrive.

You'll have to go again Hicky - and this time, record it on your phone - so we can all watch her.

Such a busy bee, our Diana, and so good to see her getting all this great exposure, especially when it's for a good cause.

Row 'B' is a little too close, don't think the flames would be a problem really.
I'm sure she will be up for some type of Award, she sure deserves it, talk about being thrown in the deep end, she deserves an Osca for her performance.


I don't think the quality of Audio on phones is very good, it wouldn't do her justice.

"Catch-up Blog" l have been in the studio recording some little tweaks to some of my songs and I even had to go and get a trumpet for one of the parts in the new song I am recording. It’s SO exciting!

Saturday was my sister’s birthday, so a crowd of us went out for dinner and drinks, it was really fun!

Sunday l had a friend down in London, so we spent the day chilling out, watching back-to-back Desperate Housewives! First time in ages had the time to zone out!

Then it was time to get ready for Monday and the turning on of the Molten Street lights. l was really spoilt and treated to lots of fun pressies at the Claridges hotel. When l got there l had a massage as well - Heaven!

For the actual switch on, l wore a Sonya Rykiel dress. There was a great crowd and the Produces from Little Voice came down too. The lights were beautiful, and everyone was drinking champagne, but l couldn’t because had to go back for the show, so that was a bit annoying - but the whole experience was really fun so it didn’t really matter! J

Soooo then l had a Chris Moyles interview and we played ‘guess who’. The panel had to figure out who was on the phone through a series of clues! It was very funny!

Anyways, mum came up on Thursday which l was excited about as I’ve hardly seen her in recent months. She loves the show though – she’s seen it 3 times so far – she’s so proud!

Not had a chance to do any Xmas shopping yet as its totally mental at the moment. This is only the beginning of everything that is going on, but its sooooo exciting. I can’t wait for the rest of it!"
