Great song, and to get it played on Radio 1 is a good start anyway.
It won't be allowed on YT, as it will be a copyright issue so if it appears anywhere you could be in big trouble.
If you recorded it at home for your own use then thats different, if you publish it in any form you are liable.

As I just said it the main forum I think Diana's voice really suits the emotion too. It;s sounds fragile and a little strained (not in a bad way) but like she's heartbroken and really singing out her pain over this heartbreak. Wow I love this song so much.

It seems to me with her releasing it early to the music industry and to the Radio stations it is a leader to the Album, they don't make money on a single anyway, so it's just a loss leader, if they didn't want you to have it they wouldn't be playing it months ahead of its release.
It's obvious the record company and Diana want as many people as possible to hear her song.
And if there's any problem with the song being on YT they will remove it when asked.
