Another 2 very good reviews.

“It’s not very often that I admit to being wrong, but here goes. I WAS WRONG. Far from being the embarrassing flop that I had so cynically predicted, Little Voice is in fact an out and out hit, with Miss Vickers the undisputed star of the show.”

“She brings such vulnerability to the role, there's no sign of the Diana we know off stage whose speech is littered with exclamation marks and hand gestures.
At times the pace of the play did flag but the moment Diana was in the spotlight, the audience sat to attention.
Who knew she could act, and as the script dictates, be so funny as well?”
The one thing I have found interesting, and at times, humourous, about all these different reviewers and critics, is that they seem to have contradictory opinions on Diana's Impersonations, as to which ones are spot on, and which ones are not quite right.
Does this then suggest that ALL of Diana's Impersonations are 'Spot On'.
The other 'bone of contention' seems to be with the finale song. I think that it's only 2 reviews that I've read, thus far, that didn't like the fact that the Finale Song was changed from the original play and movie (a Judy Garland song was sung), and that it is sung in Diana's own voice. Obviously, these 2 critics/reviewers had seen the original play etc..
However, isn't one of the points of the story, that LV finds her own voice? So, having found her own voice, why would she sing a Judy Garland song, in Judy Garland's voice??
(The first review I've posted doesn't like the 'change' of song and ending, whereas the 2nd Review suggests that it's LV/DV's 'Finest Moment')

“ But her finest moment came in the grand finale where Little Voice overcomes her fears and sings in her own voice, a song written by Take That’s Mark Owen especially for Diana.”
I've just recently seen the Little Voice movie, and the
new ending to the Play/Story, i.e. new song (unheard song) in LV's own voice, makes much more sense to me.
