Yeah, I'm really surprised at some of the hate they get on message boards that I've visited. Florence is a great singer and they have all worked hard this year.

Hope they win the Mercury prize

Love the entire album. Best purchase of the year.

My faovurite swould have to be Cosmic Love, My Boy Builds Coffins and Howl. But then I think every track on it is brilliant.

Though I've been listening to Florence and the Machine for more than a year now

I've only had the album for about 2 weeks and I have to say it's a top class piece of work. Drumming Song is probably my fave and I enjoyed watching them at Reading via BBC's coverage.

Howl & Hurricane Drunk are my favourites from the album.

I was surprised she has only just turned 22.

I think Florence + The Machine will win the Mercury Prize by a country mile.

I saw her at the Hop Farm this year, I'd not heard of her before that. OMG what a voice, she blew all the other acts off the stage

If you want to buy the album this site compare's prices for all the nominations in this years Mercury Music Prize:

Same here, I really didn't like Rabbit Heart when I heard it, but it really grew on me so I downloaded the album, figured it was amazing then went and bought a copy haha.
Howl is one of those songs I SERIOUSLY love, like can't get over how amazing it is. The Lyrics are incredible.

They were on the radio, covering that 'you got the love' song. The singer sounds like someone torturing a cat. Utterly appalling.
