I'm currently copying the programme from Bliss. It's taking ages as I can only copy two songs at a time thanks to YT's maximum 10 minute long video policy!

There'll be about 5 short videos to copy to DVD and then convert and upload on my pc. It's going to take quite a while and the videos won't be up for some time yet.

Leon's top 10 X Factor stars in descending order!

10 - Beside Me - Ben Mills
9 - Sleepwalking - Maria Lawson
8 - Hang Up - Andy Abraham
7 - Bohemian Rhapsody - G4
6 - It's Chico Time - Chico
5 - First Time Ever I Saw Your Face - Journey South
4 - Against All Odds - Steve Brookstein
3 - My Way - Ray Quinn
2 - Breathless -Shayne Ward
1 - Bleeding Love - Leona Lewis

Only short clips of Leon speaking. The rest is of the videos from the artists above.

They'll still be a while yet. Totally messed up and encoded using .avi instead of mpeg 4. Excellent picture, but no sound as a result!

Almost finished the re-encoding now. Next step will be YT

I was thinking of doing that, but it wouldn't be very long! That's what was so good about the BBC ALBA programme, in that Leon was in the spotlight and got to show plenty of his wee scone-ess!

Not long to go now until he'll be in the spotlight again

Was just joking. :LOL He would look pretty silly just introducing one song after the other with no songs in between haha.

Just stopping by to make sure Leon is being appreciated .

I think I saw Leon's top ten on one of the music channels quite a while ago. Was it a repeat does anyone know?

There's a few of my faves in there (although I could do without the Chico one, personally).

Thanks for trying to make it available CC. That must have been very frustrating.

I posted my All-Time Ranking list for the poll, yesterday - you'll never guess who I put at the very top.

It took ages - there's so bloomin' many of them, but there's less points for those listed if you don't include all 69 contestants. So I've done my bit for oor Leon . The middle of my list is a bit hazy, but its just a bit of fun.

Almost mid-December now ................

Oh dear, that sounds like I'm patrolling the place!

Sorry guys, I just meant that I would post a bit of appreciation for Leon if things were a bit quiet.

I'm not really a bossy beggar - honest!

No probs there, scatta. You just keep on appreciating. A mutual motivation society.....

Not that Leon needs that. Wow..... that kid's voice is just beautiful.

I agree, an amazing voice - to be appreciated as much as possible .

Yeah....and I think we won't be the only ones. I was bored stiff with last year's final anyway. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Definitely!

But I do have to confess to be looking forward to Mr Buble's duet with Stacey tomorrow.

PS According to that Documento senza thingy, Leon is just 500 sales away from 200K sales for Right Now. (Oh, the smilies have got jumbled up - I nearly stuck my tongue out there! )

Great news about 'Right Now' (or 'The Noo' as I'd say ).

And yesssssss, Stacey and MB......I really like Stacey. Thank goodness she's in the final. Something really worth seeing. I have a soft spot for that wee Joe but as talented as he his, he doesn't make me wanna buy CDs. I do appreciate why others would though.

I wish Stacey and Joe all the best though.

Just listening to 'Look After You' on MS.

You know the bit where 'Fast Car' is spliced in? (Little clever clogs he was with that....) Well, why doesn't Leon cover the whole Tract Chapman track? He'd do a lovely job of that, methinks.

Aye, that was really cleverly done wasn't it? Its great that he's got the feedom to play around with tunes a bit.

I think that'd be a great cover for him . And, this is probably a bit predictable, but I'd love to hear him cover Xtreme's 'Words' or maybe a-ha's Stay on These Roads (perhaps in a lower key to Morten though). I'm a sucker for a few sublime chords!

*Gasp*

Scatta.....are you an A-Ha fan? Me luuuurve them. SOTR is a beautiful song. Very underated group with some amazing tunes.

Was also thinking of Xmas songs for Leon.

My fave is 'I Belive in Father Christmas' by Greg Lake. I'd LOVE to hear Leon sing that.

Yes!

I was listening to Headlines & Deadlines in the numpty-mobile today & was wondering what Leon's gorgeous, deep voice would sound like on some of the tracks.

Very underated, I agree. I've never understood why, in the UK, they only really had a massive hit with Take On Me. Although imo that ranks as one of the best pop tunes ever recorded, their other tunes are fantastic too.

Xmas songs: The Greg Lake one would be great (maybe we could request a little snippet of it on the new website ).

I thought he might have a bit of fun doing Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree (I can visualise him on the X Factor stage nailing that one! ).

Ooooooh, are we in a 'Right there, you little Leon Jackson, you.....give us a Xmas song on that MySpace?' mood?

Any more suggestions?

We have

'I Believe in Father Xmas'

'Rockin' Around the Xmas Tree'
