Leon's journey is still my favourite series. And to think I hadn't heard of Digitalspy & was blissfully unaware of all the bad feeling about the result at the time. I would have sallied forth & helped out with the defending if I'd known.

I've enjoyed spending some time in the LJAP - thanks for making me so welcome . We'll probably be all meeting up on Leon's new website soon.

Aww, thanks for digging that out of the archives. It's one of my faves of Leon performing outside XF. Rare and special footage indeed. Shades of Frank IMO and I don't care what anyone outside this thread thinks.

I think it's an unusual but lovely emotional and soulful song.

It was seen as a grower from the very beginning but only got airplay two days before it was released but hey......... Just looking forward to Leon's own music now! the best is yet to come.

DCTL is a good song, but Leon never seemed really comfortable with it. Glad he is away from Syco and everything to do with them. They just stifle talent.

New website and forum should be ready soon. It feels so nice knowing that Leon will be directly involved in running and updating his own website

Well it was certainly the most challenging song from the album which Leon testified to. I do think he loves the song though. It is hard song to sing live and Leon has been constantly tweaking it to suit his voice and range.

About the 'Come Fly With Me' clip, I love the way he sings 'honeymooooooon' in it and I agree, it definitely does have shades of Frank to it. It has a lot of views considering it's such a short clip and the picture quality isn't great. It's one of those little addictive ones though, where you get a quick blast of the quality of Leon's voice and the potential that's there!

I must admit, can't believe how dull the DS aftermath is this year of the XF. There's just the Joe vs RATM story...which is really finished. But Zzzzzzzzzz, really.

Leon is so far removed from the XF now and the stuff he's doing couldn't be further away from what's on there now or indeed what Leon did on the XF. Shame this thread is with the whole XF thing, really. The whole reality TV winner thing is becoming more and more of a poisoned chalice,....whether you sell millions of CDs like Susan Boyle or whether you sell a lesser amount, like Leon. Susan can't move for fame and Leon won't be allowed to move on (with some people).
