Leon was back in the recording studio this week. That's the 3rd recording session he has had up to now that we know of.

He must have recorded quite a few songs by now..... hopefully enough for an album soon!

Gotta say Leon really owned that stage on Saturday night. Great vocals and brill songs, and I have to say I've never seen him so confident and at ease wth himself. Great eye contact too, and it was a joy to see him smiling the whole way through his set. He loved every single minute of it and so did I. However, he did say afterwards he felt he didnt do as well as at Putney.

Putney was special because it was the first time he showcased his songs. The acoustics at the venue were brilliant and really showcased his voice. However, Glasgow was somewhat noisier so he had to account for that. Also, he was tired from lack of sleep the night before and driving up from London on the day of the gig, then did the meet and greet before going on stage later. Who would have known it? He put his all into it and sounded awesome.

The meet and greet was mind blowing. Leon said it was a very special night for him and wanted it to be special for us too. He said it was amazing to see his name in big red letters outside on the board and got a little emotional. Cue Leon filling up. Bless!

About 80 of us were locked in a room with him and he asked us to sit on the floor while he played his guitar and sang the most beautiful song called Whisper. It was like he was in the room on his own....pure magic. It brought tears to my eyes and almost everyone else's there. No pics or videos allowed just a memory of those few precious minutes shared with Leon to take home and treasure for those of us lucky enough to witness it

That boy is so very special. Always wanting to do lovely things for us, giving us surprises and making us feel special. No doubt about it, he's a born star.

i walk by the o2 abc quite often as it is a couple of minutes walk from my office.. i'm glad now i didn't say anything about leon's name in lights above the entrance.. as it was a wonderful surprise for him and all the fans..

the weather was atrocious on saturday, but it was great so many gave t in the park a miss, to go and support leon.. i have watched all the videos from saturday on you tube and littlemin's video is the best i have seen.. simply sensational.. i cannot wait to see the hd version which she has promised to upload soon..

i think it was a wonderful gesture by leon to give you all a private performance of his new song.. it is indicative of the high regard he has for you and the core supporters who give a lot of time and effort, not to mention the financial cost as you follow him from gig to gig..

i have been reading leon's official site and it is really heartwarming to read all the new comments from fans from all around the world.. i also see that his version (and the best version) of when you believe has almost reached 4 million views on you tube.. his album sells steadily on amazon and it is great reading the amazon reviews.. nearly all of them stunned and surprised by how good the album is..

but that is the past..

the new leon is not only a singer songwriter, he is a musician.. he has used the knowledge he gained from the x-factor experience to further his ambition of a career in the music industry and i have no doubt he will succeed..

i loved the first album and i cannot wait for the new one..

Yeah, Leon is definitely much happier now. He's a very different person to when he was on XFactor, or even a year ago. He is still a lovely lad but a much more confident one and just keeps pulling a bit more out of the bag every time I see him. Amazing!
