Looks like Leon's 'Creative' juices are flowing and he is running with it.

Hope he is easing up a bit for the weekend though. We don't want him to get writers block.

I hope he comes back soon. I'm glad Leon was discovered through the old-style format of the show. I'm hating the new format and am totally underwhelmed with many of the current lot. John and Edward make me want to throw something at the telly! They are horrible and obnoxious

So am I cc.

I still haven't seen anyone yet whose voice made as big an impression on me as much as Leon's did.

I going for the rocker afro guy to win!

Do you remember when he said he'd been jamming with a guy he met in a park?! That sounds a relaxing way to come up with some new material.

Syco are crap at marketing.. period. Before Leona, they were about a quick buck and rushed released but now they had to nurture they had no idea on how to do it.

Shayne should be bigger than he already is.

Leon's album cover was poor. His lead single was weak and was never really a comercially appealling track hence next to no/limited airplay. If they were going for that sound, why couldn't they have made it younger/modern?

I'm glad Leon is driving the bus this time.

I'd like him to drive it over Scowell!

Nobody has grabbed me like Leon did this time round, although I like Ethan. He reminds me a bit of my other favourite from X Factor 4. It's a shame that Andy has given up with his music

My pleasure folks. Who knows when any of us will get the opportunity to get that close again! Leon was so cool about it. I thought it may put him off but he didn't bat an eyelid.

He's seen the videos now and put all of them his Bebo sites so i think he must be pretty pleased with his performance overall. And so he should be!

Really, really excellent performances.

You know....what is happening here is what we all knew would occur. Leon just keeps developing and developing and getting better and better. Thing is...his live perfomances are so good....what are his recordings going to be like?

How can he top 'Right Now'? Answers on a postcard to this thread please!

Sooooo, how can Leon top his first album, guys?

Leon's first album is class, but his second will be even more amazing! He is free to do his own thing now - and the album will be more personal both to Leon and us fans. He isn't being told what to sing and what to wear anymore. He can be himself

Soz, haven't got any stamps. LOL

By just making another one (with his own stuff on it of course) !

As you said Zip, Leon is better than ever and such a great live singer. Anything he records is going to be amazing.

I am thinking that Leon can make a real stamp by fusing a) the impact and emotional effect of what he created in his stunning version of 'A Song For You' and b) new (and appropriately used) acoustic material.

You know my thoughts on Leon covering a nice wee John Martyn track from Solid Air. Old stuff, ripe for the re-creating.

Ooooh, I'd LOVE Leon to sing 'May You Never'. A very fitting song for him...all about friendship. I reckon that's something the kid's good at.

Nice to see another John Martyn fan! Must be a shared good taste that leads us to Leon Jackson.

Having watched X Factor last night I still feel if Leon was in the final 12 this year he would win the 2009 competition - he has much more depth to his voice than many of this year's contestants.

Aw yes, that's a lovely song. Leon would sing it beautifully.
