I think we've all been pretty surprised, disappointed and quite shocked at Bex's treatment of Luke and to be honest it seems like she's gone through a pretty big personality transplant. I agree we don't know the whole story and if Bex wants to come on here and enlighten us then great but as she clearly isn't going to we have to draw our own conclusions.
Fair enough she has fallen out of love with him and viewed him more as a friend it happens but I genuinely always thought she would at least respect him and care for him as someone who had been her best friend at one stage of her life. The way she behaved on Twitter towards him today was shocking and calling him a "stalker" is just pathetic especially from someone who is currently stalking Jedward and even went so far as to get their names tattooed on her bum!!! Some people just don't know what they have, maybe he was finding it hard to accept the break up but have some compassion for God's sake!! It feels sad that it's come to this and that they won't even have a friendship.

I think he is trying to move on but when someone's been that big a part of your life for so long I'd imagine it would be hard. Luke is a great guy tho and I'm sure in time he will meet someone new not sure Bex will tho. I doubt Luke or Bex regret their relationship they both got a lot from it and were really happy for a long time so am sure when the dust settles they can look back on it and hopefully be friends.

I think Bex is right in that we don't know what's going on in her and Luke's lives of course we don't we just get little snippets and maybe it is sad to care about the fact they've split but we've all been really supportive fans on here and supported them and stood up for them when no one else has. Not many people will ever probably have the relationship/bond they've had and I guess none of us want to see them throw that away even if it is just to remain friends. To us Luke probably does appear the best boyfriend you could wish for but we're obviously seeing it through rose tinted glasses and we don't really know him. Bex does and if it's become too much for her then fair enough - I just always thought they would work at it and not just give up because it's got too hard/too boring.

I,m sure both Luke and Bex will find new people to go out with, just maybe not total opposites next time around.

It's when the initial mad attraction wears off that there then comes the real test of a relationship and you find that you need to enjoy doing similar things together or things will simply fizzle out.

You don't mind compromising a lot at the start and putting your own wishes on the back burner, but that doesn't last and it's all too easy for resentment to set in if you feel that you can't really do the things you like, whether it's going out and having a drink or cosy nights in front of the t.v.

Both activities are fine unless one half insists on the drinks while the other insists on the telly all the time. Opposites DO attract, but as Luke and Bex have demonstrated, they also cause friction for each other.

This is getting ridiculous for two people who once really loved each other! Well I'm sorry but they say love and hate run closely together and if they didn't care at all they wouldn't be spending so much time slandering the other!
I have to be honest since the break up I have been more on Luke's side but I am starting to see that Bex perhaps has been misjudged. She's said all along that it's not her fault and that Luke has been obsessive and controlling which I now think is true. Hacking into her account and changing her FB status to "in a relationship" is a bit twisted. I think Luke prob just loved Bex too much and his love was suffocating. Even her friend Leigh said that he has an unhealthy obsession with her and can't let her go. Luke recently said on twitter that "she is dead to me now" which is really sad and not true I don't think. I don't get why Bex is saying that Luke is bisexual, has a 19 year old boy he's sleeping with and made her have a threesome with another guy. Really don't see that happening.
Most of all it's really sad because they were so good together.

Not matter how badly Luke (allegedly) treated Bex, to give out his mobile number on a public website and repeatedly beg people to abuse him is a form of bullying and harassment, and is completely wrong. I suspect the truth is that Luke or someone else (quite rightly) contacted Twitter to complain and they deleted her account! Good on him, I say! You only have to read her posts to know she is a complete nutter, he is well rid! No doubt the story (which you can guarantee she will sell) will grow arms and legs by the time it is printed in some crappy newspaper like the Daily Star or even worse Star magazine!
