I can't say the move is that much of a surprise (if it's true) - a lot has happened recently, and a few of Chanelle's friends had moved to different management as well. But would still like to have it confirmed for defo that the news about the move and project is coming from Chanelle herself.

My own opinion is that I don't think Chanelle would drop the glamour modelling - she's always said how much she enjoys it, it's very lucrative, and it can combine very well with other media work. But who knows what Chanelle's plans are - if she is launching into new areas of work, maybe Nuts etc doesn't fit the bill anymore.

The SPICE GIRLS have reunited to turn their life story into a stage show extravaganza, according to a new report..

The former members sparked rumours of a second reunion, following their 2007 comeback tour, after four of them were spotted dining out together in London.

Melanie Brown subsequently fuelled speculation by revealing the girls are indeed working together again, but refused to give any details about their new project.

Now British newspaper the Daily Mirror reports the five-piece is in talks to bring the story of its success to the stage in a major musical production.

A source tells the publication, "The project is Geri (Halliwell)'s baby really, but all the girls are backing it. The idea is for five relatively unknown actresses to take the parts and hopefully the girls will each have a say in who is cast."

The Spice Girls shot to international fame in 1996 and went on to sell more than 65 million records worldwide. Halliwell quit the group in 1998 and the band split two years later. They reformed in 2007 for a world tour which ended in Canada in February last year (08).

Wanted! Five unknown actresses to play the Spice Girls in a blockbuster stage musical.

Producers will be seeking wannabes capable of a Posh pout, a baby face, a scary look and a sporty backflip...as well as one who’s ginger.

Speculation had been rife the band were set for another reunion after they were seen in secret talks over dinner at Nobu in London.

But it has now emerged they were really hatching a plan to bring their story to the stage.

It is being billed as a two-hour “pop extravaganza” charting the rise of the band.

That would actually tally with the change of myspace pic too, wouldn't it ... I wouldn't rule it out, but it still seems to be at a very early stage in the planning without anyone having been chosen yet, and I wouldn't rely too much on anything quoted from unnamed sources in the Mirror or OK either.

Chanelle was in London yesterday doing a new shoot for Nuts so it obviously still fits the bill at the moment!!!

Wow just read about the management change....never thought she would leave Dave Read but he may have taken her as far as he can and that is always a good time to move on if you want to diversify and try other things.

Shame about myspace but I think with everything Chanelle has not really used it for a while so maybe moving onto facebook and Twitter is a good thing.

I love Facebook so I am well happy to have Chan on there Not so sure about Twitter but I had been thinking of joining to follow Andy Murray and if Chan is on it as well I think I could defo go for that
