Posting cakes poses a bit of a problem. How would one keep all that icing and sugarcraft intact? Freshness is also a big problem. I quote from the FAQ for Cupcake Royale, which sells wildly popular cupcakes in five separate locations, and also delivers:

Running a half marathon like this is empowering in the sense that, when you finish, you think, "if I can do that, I can do anything!"

I was watching BBBOTS last night and they were discussing the romance between Aden and Rebeckah. Emma Willis said she thought that maybe there was going to be another romance like Ziggy and Chanelle.
I see on twitter Chanelle is having her hair cut into a bob again.I'm sure it will be lovely as always.She certainly believes in change.

I loved Chanelle's BB8 bob. The dark blonde colour really suited her, as well as the cut.

I emailed the cake place about distributing across the country.
They said that next year they will be doing just that.

Not sure how, that remains to be seen.

I'm not sure how that would work, either. One can ship fruitcake or other dense, heavy cake, but shipping delicate sponge and buttercream--plus sugarcraft--is another matter entirely.

On a more positive note, keep an eye out if you visit any fairs this autumn or holiday season. Her company "will have a cake stall at many fairs throughout this year which will offer our cakes / cupcakes at a special price with different themes and many giveaways!" Excellent!

I would think you have to have a van delivering really, you couldn't trust a carrier and you can't send them by mail.

Takes a deep breath......cupcakes can be delivered by Royal Mail special delivery, Hicky, as well as by carrier and courier......

Cakes are delivered by mail all the time, although i imagine the recipe is adjusted to suit.
It sounds as if her company is going to do very well.
