I do think that is his forte, but in fairness he did get Chanelle two TV shows - I think that side could have been followed up a bit more, but we don't really know what Chanelle herself wanted or didn't want. I think it was just time for a change and some new projects, whatever they might be.

Chanelle was out in London last night and as per usual attracted the attention of the paps. In particular it seems her matching blue shoes and handbag caused a bit of a stir.

As DSBB's resident Gok Wan I can say it gets my thumbs up!

I think the woman in the photos with Chan is her chaperone from BB8, though someone can correct me if I'm wrong. I've seen her with Chan on London nights out before and it seems they've formed a very solid friendship.

Yes, thats her BB chaperone, whose name escapes me at the moment, but I agree its certainly a friendship that seems solid and has lasted longer than a lot of HM friendships!!

Well found - I was focusing more on Wednesday, and Chanelle goes out Thursday. I think she looks more bright-eyed than recently (maybe she's over the tonsil trouble). Matching bag and shoes seems like a good idea to me .. but Mr Pap and these guys below always have to find something to have a pop at.

Probably just as well. She’s a rather fine looking woman and if you had remembered I might have had to begin a new appreciation thread as a homage.

I do agree tipi about Chanelle looking great of late…. very alert and sparkly eyed. She still has that vivacious quality and charisma that made her stand out from the crowd on BB.

Her BB chaperone friend would have got to know Chan really well I’d imagine during the considerable amount of time they would have spent with one another when Chan was in hiding abroad before the start of BB8. She must have warmed to the same person we were to find ourselves warming to so greatly just a few weeks later and it‘s just good to see Chan being able to take a real valuable friendship away from the experience. Added to that of course she’s still got the friendships she forged with the likes of Brian and Gerry from the BB house.

Yeah, I’ve just said much the same about her eyes. I noticed that too.

Having pops at ex-BB housemates is par for the course with these people and unfortunately comes with the territory.

Personally I like her shoes a good deal…….colourful shoes for a colourful personality!

Anyway, Elvis was rather partial to his blue shoes, otherwise he wouldn’t have been so fearful they might be stepped on.

I think Chanelle said on twitter that she was working in London until Fri so it depends what time she was working to.

Chanelle does make me laugh on twitter I have to admit. She’s just like she was in the BB house with little thought for the viewing public. Just real heart on the sleeve stuff and totally herself.

There never was any phony veneer or banal platitudes designed to dupe with Chanelle. Just a delightfully straightforward honesty. Good to see she’s not changed and is still the same girl who endeared herself to so many on BB8.

No real revelations though. Just pretty normal 21 year old girl stuff with the added complication of an unhealthy focus on weight issues, which I suppose unfortunately isn’t uncommon among young women in general and models in particular.

Can’t say I find all her twitters enthralling viewing though, eg. in her last twitter she tells us she’s "sick and tired of waiting for her new shoes to be delivered". Not exactly riveting stuff……......unless you’re a shoe fetishist that is!

Never had shoes delivered ... had a pizza delivered once though.

Unfortunately in her latest updates Chan doesn't mention the shoes !!!

Today she went for a run and then went swimming (I hope the pool was warm !) and then watched Strictly and X Factor !!!

Roll on Wednesday

I can’t say I usually share Chan’s taste in music but I thought she was spot on about Saturday’s X-Factor. I’m only a casual viewer of the programme of course but Chan’s right in praising Lucie as IMO she was the best on the night and like her I’m not too impressed by Danyl either.

Chanelle and her friends seem to be right into the show and in fact so does everyone on twitter.

I much prefer Big Brother though and would have been interested to know what Chan made of BB10 and its housemates.
