I can't say I know the characters, but the wrestling is huge in the US .... if I did follow it I might well be a Maryse fan She's a French Canadian glamour model and professional wrestler, and looks to be planning a return to the ring).

I think there's too many trying to make a few bob.
You need a lot of money to promote yourself.
You have to pay for vertually everything yourself.
Even the CD cases and the artwork, the promotion.
Don't think she would chance it again.

She could go on X-Factor though.

If she wanted to do another song, she could just do it for herself (and us) and not for financial gain or sales ... it's too difficult these days, and even the big names in the business don't hang around the charts long with their singles. The money is in albums and big-scale concerts. Maybe if she had something to promote (akin to her calendar), she could do another catchy track to go with it

I'd like that, even though it was not my preferred type of music. Her song is still enjoying moderate success in other countries. I wonder if Chanelle would like to do another single or a song to promote her other work. Her modelling has been successful and will probably continue to be so.

I had two last year, as I ordered one then my Daughter bought me one, so I had to hide mine as I didn't want to upset her, she was so pleased she had found one for me. so what do I do this year, wait until after Christmas I think.

It's all gone pretty quiet again ... I wonder if Chanelle's working on something, or up to something else. I doubt she's on holiday again, or we'd probably have seen pics. Hope she's enjoying herself anyway.

Just watched Blue Murder and they played Chanelles video on it , the little boy even said it was her by name, it only lasted a few minutes but it was exciting to see it,
Ian Kelsey saw the boy was watching the video and joined him but when the boys Mum came near the room they switched it off and as soon as she had gone they switched it back on,
I wonder if Chanelle knew about it, if she happen to be watching the programme she would have been excited too.

Blue Murder which Nanray told us about is on the ITV Player, Chan's video is shown at 9.37 mins. Love the look on the little boys face when his Mum appeared, looked like he was pretending to do his writing/homework also when they changed channels

Anyway suffice to say I have been keeping abreast of all the developments and news on here. I am totally astounded that we are on thread 20 for Chanelle, not because of the figure but because of the record we may be setting for a single housemate? I haven't looked but how are the most current crop of BBers fairing on here?

I so wanted to post on here when Chanelle was having a tough time but I couldn't but I sent her messages etc and am happy to see that she is working her way through everything and getting back to normal life

I was LMAO at the number of sites that feature Chanelle on any night out. Her ears must be ringing when she gets home from all the camera clicks and shouts of "Chanelle, over here!" I remember reading that Princess Diana got Prince William used to the camera flashes by taking loads of flash photography pictures of him. Wonder if Dave Read had to pass that tip onto our girl

I haven't ordered my calendar as yet (I would open it and I dont know if that is unlucky or not?) but from what I have seen it is going to be a corker. Each year her calendars and her look are completely different. I love the fact that she continues to experiment with new looks and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us in 2010 Anyone want to put some bets on it????????

I see the usual media culprits have been dragging the depths of their "journalism" and writing complete and utter nonsense about Chanelle. I have a few lines around my eyes at the grand old age of 42 but when I was Chanelle's age my skin was like a baby's bottom So I think the "journos" can drop the whole botox nonsense The lips yeah I think we all saw that but Chanelle is a natural beauty blessed with good skin. Remember she has been one of the few female housemates who could walk around the BB house without a scrap of make up on and still looked great. You need really good skin to be able to do that so I guess we can all continue to laugh at their complete stupidity at looking for any excuse to feature Chanelle in their outlet
