2011? Now that's forward planning. I haven't even decided what I'm having to eat tonight.

Spent today and yesterday at wedding fayres. She's got the venue, the church and the chairs all sorted out already and the dress is being given to her by a bridal company who contacted me when she was in the BB house and said that they would love her to wear one of their dresses for her wedding regardless of when she got married. She could choose from any of their dresses and to be honest they were all beautiful so it was really hard to choose.

The wedding cake is being a bit of a headache though as it has to look good and taste wonderful so she's being a bit choosey. Still got the invitations, chocolate fountain etc. to sort out yet. There is so much involved in arranging a wedding that you have to have lots of time to get it all right.

2011 is nothing - some of the people we met at one wedding fayre were booking up for weddings as far away as 2016!!! As Rachel is teaching she can only take time off during the school holidays so that reduced the dates that they could have so booking early was essential.

Cake choosing can be a minefield. She should have learnt that from the house.

It's a shame Channel 4 presenters weren't so astute about Rachel's character.

Rachel - and brother James, I believe - applied for this year's Marathon but were unsuccessful. It's better news for next year:

Hi all,
hope you're all well. Thanks for your get well messages. I never get ill so when I do I feel really sorry for myself. I shouldn't moan as it was my first virus this year and I'm sure as soon as I shift this one I won't get another one till the winter So frustrated though as I can't go running till it's gone.... On the running note I've been offered a place running the London marathon again next year I'm running for St Anne's Hospice a place where people who have terminal illnesses, like cancer etc go. Super excited about it and can't wait to do it again. Rich and I are getting married in the July too so will be a special year

Thanks for putting that link up. St Anne's Hospice is a really good Charity.

Charities are really struggling this year. A few of our local ones are considering closing down because they don't have enough people willing to take part in their fund raising activities let alone willing to donate as little as a £1. Marathon places are always over subscribed though so she's done really well to secure a place for next year already

Watch out for a big brother winners special in the Sun or possibly News of the World Newspaper. It should be good
