Dale has signed a contract with Total Fitness in Wilmslow to work as a Personal Trainer for them. he starts on Monday, wish him well.

Big Brother hunk Dale Howard, with his rippling six pack and reputation as a charmer, is ready to set female hearts aflutter again when he strips down to his shorts and t-shirt at a local gym.
For ex-student PE teacher Dale, who had a steamy on-screen romance with fellow housemate Jen in Big Brother 9 a few years ago, has landed a job as a personal trainer at the Total Fitness club in Wilmslow.
It's a major shift from his days of notoriety on the box, which resulted in Dale clinching lots of promotional work and even auditioning for TV presenting and appearing on his own calendar, but the St Helen's born keep fit fanatic couldn't be happier.
"After Big Brother I moved down to London and it was fun for a while but, to be honest, I just got sick of that whole scene, not knowing who my real friends were. I couldn't wait to get back, and working as a personal trainer is the perfect job for me because I love sport and exercise," said Dale,23, who had trials for various football clubs in his youth.
Now back with his girlfriend Aimee, whom he split from before going into Big Brother, Dale has just qualified and he aims to specialise in muscle building and weight management."But I can do anything really," he said, "from aerobics and cardio work through to spinning classes."”
