Heard this yesterday. Gotta Say I'm Amazed. It's awsome, and hopefully will be big when released

I like the Editors, but not very keen to be honest...

There's always been an elephant in the room in the sense that he's compared too much to Ian Curtis and his band in general are often regarded a poor man's Interpol but I do quite like this, everyone seems to be doing this electro thing at the moment some of it works some of it doesn't but this kind of works for me but its more about his vocals and lyrics for me tho. If this had been sung by La Roux or Little Boots with their crap lyrics I probably would have liked it less. Its no "All Sparks," "Bullets" or "Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors" but its decent enough I suppose. There's still the obvious Joy Division/New Order influences will be interesting to hear the album and if The Editors can indeed find an individual identity which will be revered by music snobs and journo's.

It's very average really. Much prefer The Back Room style with Editors.
