I am thinking of getting this phone but have heard that the backlight (behind the keys) is very bright! How bright is this phone and can it be adjusted? Does the glow in the dark thing always stay on?

i beleive tha you cant turn off the glow in the dark feature because it is not electrical. Just like the glow in the dark stickers that kids play with. I might be wrong. On nokias i think you can turndown the LCD brightness but again, I'm not sure.
