Sounds like four Calling Birds? Someone called Colin? Not Collingwood I assume.

There is a wrestler called Colin Bertz , but I doubt it is him,

Not Colin Bertz.

It is however Paul (four) Collingwood (calling bird).

Sorry if it was a bit corny but David I'll give you that as you mention him in your post.

On the assumption that torture is an anagram I thought perhaps the forename is Thomas and the surname another anagram of ometimes. i.e. sometimes without the s.
