Offhand, the only rugby player I can think of with those letters is Neil Fox, but I can't see how that's right. Probably because I daresay it's not.

I thought that 'style' was an anagram indicator with 'inze' as the fodder, but again, maybe not, not least as it would form an improbable christian name

Thought 'doctor' might be an AI, especially as there's 13 letters in the name which equals the rest of the clue....Da Costa.....leaves 'ninfor' which doesn't work. Might be something like that though.

Alternatively 'contains' could be an instruction so that the 'a ford' solution is contained in the middle of the doctor bit
