Had to laugh when the papers were this morning asking if this is a better Welsh team than their 70s predecessors.
An ordinary team in an incredibly ordinary 6 Nations championship. And considering the usual whining about English bias on the BBC, the commentary pairing of Davies and Butler is laughably biased. |

What an awesome match! Considering where we were 10 years ago, our development has been nothing short of breathtaking

Congrats to Wales....it's always a fantastic thing to win a Grand Slam
![]() (The only caveat I'd enter is that it was probably a very poor 6 Nations championship, and there have perhaps been better Grand Slam winning teams). |

England deservedly punished at the end for pissing about at the base of the ruck.
When are the laws going to be changed to make the scrum half play the ball within x seconds? |

None of these games has shone so far.
Just relaxing into the golden hue of Grandslam now. I feel sorry for Inverdale He'll have to go home and have a consolation wank over his shattered dreams!

Don't understand all these Inverdale England bias comments. I've never got that impression.

Congratulations to the Welsh boys!
Also England on 4 wins out of 5 when some were predicted doom and gloom. |

Good win for England. Nice to see Youngs score a try by playing what he saw in front of him.
Although Lancaster has his doubters, considering the players he has identified, the style he has incorporated, that England have 4/5 and 3 away wins, seems he has what it takes to be head coach. |

Whatever Lancaster said at half time, it did the trick - after a fairly even first half, England battered Ireland in the second half.

... oh and it was a good win by England against Ireland. Certainly the most animated game of today.
