And in the Championship , Nottingham crash again
![]() Worcester were beaten though , which gives hope to the other clubs, especially London Welsh. I see that the RFU are going to make £35m over the four England internationals this autumn, In view of the Rooney business last week does anyone know how much the England players will be paid for these games. I know they are on contracts, but these will be very short term, I just wondered if they get a bonus for these sell-out games. |

Ospreys don't disappoint, self destructing in a match that had "Glasgow will be hammered" written all over it in giant letters.

Thanks for putting that up Mike. What a great month of rugby to look forward too, and well done the BBC for showing highlights of the Sky games, and not long after the games have finished.
I just wish England could have played Samoa first! |

I have got tickets for England V New Zealand on the 6th first time I have seen the All Blacks in the flesh so quite excited. I am also going to the Aus game. Though might get in trouble for that one. |

Yet another new England kit
by my reckoning that's 3 in 2 years, if you count the one off centenary kit how can Nike/RFU get away with this, is fairly certain that there'll be a new kit launched just before next year's World Cup are rugby fans richer than football ones, or just more gullible? |

Interesting stuff going on over there. I reackon he must be hoping to be voted off that show.
He needs to get down to some serious training asap, and to bulk up a bit. Massive talent , but why is he wasting it appearing on these programmes. Quote:

In the Commonwealth games for one match the England team wore pure white , no logos or even a badge. It must have been as that chap in Reggie Perrin used to say " A bit of a cock up on the laundry front" Next game they were in some dark blue ensemble. |

Most genuine rugby fans make do with a 20 year old barbour jacket. I clicked on that link but just got all black images! I'm a recent convert to rugby, so I'm bit miffed at the way a kit manufacturer is treating its fans. There were numerous stories in 90's about football clubs ripping off they fans with yet another kit, which lead to the 2 year change thingy I'm just surprised that they can get away with it in rugby or the media don't appear to be the slightest bit bothered |

Yes... if they wear that kit they'll clash with New Zealand. |

Glasgow played really well I thought. Richie Grey has a huge future. I am tipping him as a Lion in Australia.

As for new kits, our Welsh has a bloody sailor on the front. Talk about cries of "hello sailor" when they run out onto the pitch.

Henson to Saracens now all but confirmed.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugb...ns/9125923.stm Even though we haven't seen him on a pitch for 18 months , this is still a blow to the Ospreys. Especially with rumours of James Hook heading to a French club next season. |

I think the Ospreys have been treated pretty shabbily in all this.
he's been on unpaid leave for 18 months, so it's not like they've lost out financially (I think it's implied that Sarries paid compensation) in other news Vickery retires top bloke and good England captain (imo), glad he's taken the sensible decision to quit after so many neck injuries |

Impressed by his work around the pitch. Always pretty good in the scrum too. One of the best props I've seen. I agree he's made the right call - can't risk going back to the well once too often. |

How long will Saracens put up with Gavin Henson's antics, I wonder
He only plays rugby these days when he can be bothered Don't think Ospreys will be crying themselves to sleep over him leaving |
