I would say that if Day thought he had been gouged by Cueto he would have not given the evidence he did.

If my best mate gouged me that would end the frienship.

On a positve note. the womens team I coached this year won their final league game of the season against the only unbeaten team in the league 41-12! so have won the league and gained promotion!!!

41-41 final score! Gloucester scored a breakaway try with about 10 seconds left on the clock!

Leicester gift a last minute try and it ends in a draw.

If that had been in the 'Super 14' we would have had experts talking about the gulf between northern and southern hemispheres.

I doubt he'll go to the World Cup (not quite ready) but I could see Billy Twelvetrees being England's first choice 12 before long. Young Tuilangi gets more headlines but Twelvetrees has a very rounded game.

Freddie Burns ain't bad either.

Henson has been banned by Toulon for "breaching club discipline"

Wasps have just announced Season Ticket prices, and after this season's dismal showings, with no full-time D.o.R., and with many players leaving, and very few announcements of quality replacements, are expecting people to pay increases of us to 50%, within 3 weeks of the dates being announced.

How does this compare to the other A.P clubs?

50% based on this season's performances - are they having a laugh?

the sooner we sort out the stadium stuff and have a stable base the better

I daresay most other Premiership clubs are keeping any ticket increase fairly minimum, though I do get that most are strapped for cash

How on earth has he managed to stuff up so quickly? this report says it 'might' have been for fighting with teamamates after their victory.

Such a big game for us, but it's going to be tough.

Powell's been allegedly glassed and kicked on the floor by 4 or 5 Derby County 'supporters'. No word about Payne.

Gavin Henson is a tool. He was out of the game for over 18 Months & was lucky when Saracens offered him a lifeline when he decided he didn't want to return to Ospreys, even though they had been more than accommodating Re: his sabbatical. He then throws his toys out of the pram when not selected straight away in his favoured position there & another great opportunity arises at Toulon. He now appears to have messed that opportunity up & probably blown any chance of getting into the Welsh World Cup squad.

Talented he may but how many more opportunities will he get? Surely no self respecting club will touch him now, he comes with too much baggage.

That's been obvious for a long, long time.

Noting some of the reflections in the weekly BBC Sport Q&A with Jeremy Guscott a number comment that the Leicester v Gloucester score was down to poor defensive play. I bet had it been in the southern hemisphere that they'd have put it down to great attacking skills and mentality.

Accurate skills at speed will trouble any defence, and that was by and large what we saw Saturday at Welford Road.

After reading this, I'd be hard pushed to believe any talk that comes out of Toulon now.

What I've heard from others is that Henson's been involved in some boasting, so Matt Henjak decided to have a swipe at him.

Cheap mouthiness from a player with that previous, versus a physical punch from a player with that previous.

Some of the reporting of this incident has gone beyond the pail. A few London based papers have taken the slant of Powell asking for it by being gobby. Yes , I can see how perfectly acceptable it is to hit someone over the head with a barstool after they've chanted something at you
