Is it safe to eat mince that was cooked the previous day?
had some left over mince and was going to put it into wraps for tomorrow but was wondering is this safe?

Yep, absolutely fine, in fact I can't think of a single thing that can't be eaten the following day, provided it had been cooled and fridged.

Left over bolognese is always best after being in the fridge overnight and then put in the freezer for a few weeks
