The duet with Ruthie...

That song is always fun but Keith makes it more so. I appreciate his stage dress sense too. I've not seen him dress down like some performers who seem to think 'anything goes'.

Keith has just tweeted a picture of his 2013 Panto. If you are anywhere near Maidstone then you are in luck! He will be playng Dick Whittington at the Hazlitt Theatre

A taster of Sincerely, Mr Toad

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAFs39mewMU

Well, I do apologise! The link was only up and working for a few minutes before the video was removed

I can honestly say though, I have now heard 2 songs from this show, one of which was sung by Keith, and both were really lovely songs. I reckon this is going to be a great musical if these 2 songs are anything to go by!

Another interview with Keith ahead of 'A Night at the Musicals' and 'Sincerely, Mr Toad'.

http://sosogay.co.uk/2013/spotlight-on-keith-jack/

Interesting comments about ADWD and a wisely dodged question about Craig Chalmers' career choices!

Yeah, I went to see it on Monday. I'm glad I did a wee bit googling about Kenneth Graham first though. The cast were excellent and the music good. I can't get the song Simply Messing About In Boats out of my head. I confess to having a wee lump or two in my throat at the end. My only negative is the venue, the audience is a little too close to the stage, and also my bum was killing me after trying to sit still for so long lol.

I don't think I can face going back into town to see it again but I am almost definitely going to get tickets for when it is at the Brunton which is just down the road from me

May take a cushion
Great that you can see it again at The Brunton Theatre. Sincerely Mr Toad has received good reviews on' The stage'. I wondered if I might be able to see it at Greenwich but it is an awful journey. Maybe it will make it into a full length production with Keith as Alistair. I wonder what he has planned apart from panto?

There had been talk of a tour but things have gone very quiet on that now, so who knows. I didn't take the time after the show to speak to Keith as I had to get home for the dogs, so never got a chance to pick his brain about any news. Maybe you could try Southwestgirl

Perhaps all will be revealed soon, hope so . Off tomorrow for Edinburgh

Thank you smiler, we had a great time. Edinburgh is possibly my favourite city, you are so lucky to live there.
I thought Sincerely Mr Toad was fantastic. The songs are going round in my head. I thought keith was really good as were all the cast. Some great voices. I would like to have heard more from Keith but I can see that a lot was packed in to a short time frame and it seems there is potential to make the musical longer. I was glad I had booked to see it twice because I picked up more the second time. I would love to go again but sadly kent is too far and Greenwich a pain to get to. I will just have to wait and see what keith does next !

We went to a lot of great performances while we were in Edinburgh, 'Mr Toad is right up there with the best.
Please let me know if there is anymore news on what may be happening next.
You are right re the seats in the Queen Dome, very hard Enjoy your next trip to see it.

That's good that you saw it twice, I go on the 6th to see it for the second time. I'm sure it's the extended version I will be seeing. Did you know you can order the soundtrack for the show?? As far as I know it's not available as yet but they are taking orders for it.

I will definitely keep you updated of any forthcoming events as and when I hear anything. Let's hope there is news soon

Thank you so much for telling me re the Maidenhead concert smiler. I only saw your post two days before but I was able to go. keith was great, very confident. It was a small venue but it was full. It is lovely to see how he is maturing and gaining lots of different experiences. Apart from panto I wonder what he will do next? please keep me in touch if you have any news on that front. Think it is just you and I on here now

A case of don't despair I think. There's not many posters but some of the girls get 200-400 hits+ (and as my hits don't register anywhere for some reason thats probably higher) when there's news of them. There must be people out there interested.....

No, I'm still here! I agree that Keith is doing well. I am not afraid of twitter and nothing bad has happened to me. Uplifting to see that Keith keeps fit, has not lost his slightly cheeky but dignified image and seems to be getting enjoyable work.

Forget where I saw it, but it seems that Lee Mead has landed the part of a nurse in BBC's Casualty. No singing?
