Perhaps we should get knitting, or maybe not, that shows my age!!

I hope everyone is enjoying Glasgow and enjoy Windsor and Nottingham. I am still waiting to hear whether Keith will still be Joseph next year.

After 3 years of putting it off, I finally saw the show for the first time in Glasgow last night. I hadn't seen Keith for a bit and it was good to catch up with him - he looked like Luke Skywalker in drag when I saw him before the show.

The show was great although it was spoiled slightly by the person next to me singing every song louder than the people on stage. Not wanting to say who it was but I'm sure I've saw him on one of those cookery programmes on tv....

There seemed quite a few people waiting at the stage door last night when I left - apologies if it was anybody from here that I should have said hello to.

Glad you enjoyed the show tho, I am going to Windsor in a week and then to Aylesbury in November, having seen it a couple of times already!!

Lovely to see you on these boards tho WJ!!!

Grandma - what with you being his surrogate granny and me his surrogate mum he should be taken care of, and of course dont forget his gorgeous Alana!! I am sure she is keeping him warm!!

So glad I never heard him. Anyway, Keith's performance for me was brilliant last night, really enjoyed it.. Thumbs up to the rest of the cast in the show as well. Can't wait to see it all again in Edinburgh.
It was so nice to meet up with a couple of familiar faces after the show, waiting at the stage door.
Everyone still yet to see the show, have a good time.

Hi everyone,

Just back today from seeing Joseph and I had the most amazing wonderful time!

What a great production, and I think as a whole I enjoyed it even better than 2/3 years ago. It looked more polished somehow, with good detail and some fine ensemble singing/dancing. Great cast! Especially the Brothers were terriffic, their singing was excellent, sounding very good together. And I have to mention Kevin Grogan who was a very believable Benjamin with his big eyed innocent look.
Of course I couldn't help but my eyes were drawn to Keith when he was on stage. His facial expressions are priceless and using different bodylanguage and manners in each scene to full effect. The 1st half was totally entertaining with Keith as a radiant young Joseph, but I was not prepared for what was coming in the 2nd half. I knew it was going to be good, but not THAT good!! When Keith was on during the 'grovel, grovel/who's the thief' - scene he looked and sounded actually quite frightening and very impressive. The exciting music, the tension and tone in Keith's voice made me clutch my armchair and hold my breath. He was in command and o boy, what a voice!! The final scene with Jacob was the very opposite but just as impressive, sung with Keith's soft and tender voice. I think I was not the only one in the audience with a lump in my throat, and I'm sure I heard some sniffling here and there.

I enjoyed the show so much, and Keith was everything I thought he would be and more! I just can't say goodbye yet, so I booked myself and my mum tickets for Edinburgh in November!

Lovely to have met some of you again, maybe see you again sometime soon.

Keith, thank you for everything! Enjoy the rest of the tour, take care, and see you again in Edinburgh. X

I am away again this week to Blackpool, i am performing on the Friday & next Wednesday.

I was going to Glasgow last week, but nobody invited me to go with them
(COUGH COUGH PEACHY)

But i will definately be at Edinburgh, Sheffield & Blackpool.

has anyone got a list of who is going to what venue?

Well what can I say that has not been said ?
Last week was the most amazing week EVER..

Laughter and tears were the order of the day, both Tuesday and twice on Thursday.

Joseph was funny and emotional and every time I see it I see something new.

KEITH, well.........he was amazing, astounding, marvelous, awesome, fabulous, stupendous, stunning.....oh! and did I mention FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC

He played Joseph with great humour, charm and when needed, emotion..no-one playes emotion like Keith.

Thank you Keith for a terrific show and everything else.
November is not long away and we will see you in your home town, YIPEE.

RHM
You were so quiet, I thought you had run off with Jane Macdonald and both of you were entertaining Peachy on his cruise..
You could have been along with me and Dutchlass last week, we would have sheltered you from those pesky screaming fans of yours..

Dutchlass can you add me, hubby and father for Edinburgh. Wednesday 17th November and probably a wee sneaky matinee for me and friend on the Thursday..

Hi Everyone

Thank you for the post Fannetastic, it was fantabulous....(.you missed that one.)
Thank you Pattycake for your article.... interesting

I am so pleased it is next week I am seeing the show and not this last week, I would not have made it, a really bad cold etc. Keith would have had a lot of competition.... competing with my sneezing, blowing and coughing but along with my own little pharmacy.. I am winning the fight ( apart from feeling like a wrung out dishcloth) by Tuesday though I WILL be fighting fit and I am now counting the hours.

Thanks pattycake for the review, very interesting to read!!

Well I am looking forward to seeing Keith again tomorrow night in Windsor, my son and 'daughter in law' are going with me, he has not seen Keith as Joe so is looking oforward to that and she has not met Keith so she is excited about that!!!!

Dutchlass-Lorraine will not be going tomorrow night as listed but Tasha is taking her place, just in case you want to alter the listing.

Sherlin, I hope you feel better soon. I'm sure even if you don't feel well on the night, seeing Keith as Jospeh will proper cheer you up, especially the loin cloth scenes
